Refund Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you. 

Refunds are subject to a handling fee. Coco Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deem the quality of a return or exchange unacceptable.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction after they have received the information from us.
